Thinking of Leaving Active Military.  Your ETS is coming up soon?
The time to think about your future is now!
WE WANT YOU !!
You Are a Part of the Military, and the Military is a Part of You.
It's a simple fact. You've put some of your best years into the Armed Forces, given the military your best efforts, both mental and physical. Now there's a way to get paid back in the Tennessee Army National Guard. It's your chance to be a civilian and maintain your military status at the same time. The Guard gives you the best of both worlds and a great way to transition back into civilian life.

The Extra PAY Can Make Your Civilian Life Better.
Working part time in the Tennessee Army National Guard can provide you with valuable extra income. It's money that can give you the freedom to enjoy your civilian life and do the things you've always wanted to do.

Don't Lose Those Important Military Benefits.
Service in the Guard entitles you to all the benefits that you enjoyed while you were on Active Duty.  As a civilian, you'll see how much money those benefits can save you.  The Montgomery GI Bill cuts the cost of college.  PX and Commissary privileges can help you save money on groceries and appliances, and your retirement fund grows larger every year that you serve; adding up to a substantial nest egg.

Do Your Part in the Guard Part - Time.
Getting your share of all these benefits won't take up a lot of your time. Serve as little as two days a month and two weeks a year. It's also a great way to continue the adventure part-time, a chance to continue doing what you won't find anywhere else. You'll meet other people who share your same interests and experiences. People who'll welcome friends for a lifetime.
